Delivery Terms in Russia
Delivery is arranged to our office in Moscow.
If delivery to a specific address is required, a courier service can be arranged for an additional fee.
Delivery times within Russia depend on the courier service used for shipping from the Moscow office.
Delivery Terms in Uzbekistan
Delivery within Tashkent is completed within 1-3 business days, excluding the day the shipment arrives at the warehouse. Delivery is provided without lifting to upper floors. Delivery in Tashkent is to the entrance of the first floor. Upon receipt, the recipient must sign the delivery note and provide recipient passport details (passport, photo, or scan of the passport).
Packages up to 30 kg are accepted for delivery. Packages exceeding 30 kg are available for self-pickup only at the office located at:
Tashkent, 37 Glinki Street
The cost of delivery to regions for one package up to 30 kg is now 55,000 UZS.
The courier will contact the recipient in advance. If the courier is unable to reach the recipient, delivery is automatically rescheduled for 1-2 business days. If the courier cannot contact the recipient within 1-2 business days, the package is returned to the office, and the recipient must pick it up themselves.
Delivery hours are from 09:00 to 19:00.
