Public Offer Agreement of YUMECS Company

1. Key Definitions

This agreement is an official offer (public offer) from members of the YUMECS network (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") to enter into a paid service agreement for cargo transportation, customs clearance, and the provision of other additional services related to international delivery with any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") under the terms specified in this offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

Under the terms of this Agreement, the Contractor undertakes to provide services at the Client's request:

  1. Receipt, transportation, and delivery/issuance of Cargo to Recipients.
  2. The service begins at the moment the Contractor accepts the Cargo from the Client for transportation and/or issues a Waybill and/or processes a service request. The service is considered completed upon issuance of an invoice/act to the Client.

3. Acceptance

The Client is deemed to have entered into the Agreement with the Contractor and accepted all terms of this Offer (Acceptance) in the following cases:

4. Determination of Cargo Value and Insurance

The value of the cargo is determined by its actual cost, as indicated in the Waybill. Cargo insurance is a paid service. The Contractor may, at the Client's expense and on their behalf, arrange insurance for the transported Cargo.
